As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process charges to your credit card, it will SHIP AND ARRIVE within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment to your address, unless otherwise stated for specific products.
Some larger products (ATVs, go karts, custom scooters, wheelchairs etc) will take longer than 5-7 business days as they require time to inspect and ship by special freight carrier. A revised shipping time ETA is usually found in these products' descriptions. Please note we cannot guarantee shipping time and cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays by the shipping companies.
We will send you tracking information to the email address on your order. Feel free to email us for a tracking number update at email@example.com.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. We encourage you to gather photo evidence. Once the shipment is delivered or you sign and accept the shipment, we no longer have the authority to file a claim with the shipping carrier and anything thereafter will be treated as a return. In the rare instance the item inside is damaged, please do not worry as we will work with you to resolve the situation. You can provide any photo evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note we pack all our products as best as possible. Sometimes the packaging may get dented in shipping, but do not be concerned as the inside contents are usually still intact.
For any warranty/aftersales issues with your item(s), you can contact us at email@example.com. You may contact the manufacturer/distributor, but Upzy.com must also be informed of any issues. We will try our best to resolve any issues in accordance with our and the manufacturer’s/distributor's policies, however we cannot guarantee it will always be to the customer's satisfaction. It is the customer's responsibility to work with Upzy.com to resolve any warranty/aftersales issues.
Some products require assembly and possibly adjustments/modifications/minor fixes to function to the customer's satisfaction. Professional assembly/expertise may be required (depending on the customer’s experience and abilities). Please note Upzy.com does not pay or reimburse for any labor or service costs if the item is taken to a professional.
If customer decides to adjust/modify/fix the product themselves using parts they purchased, Upzy.com does not pay or reimburse for the parts or labor incurred.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can arrange a return authorization within 15 days of the receipt of your product. The product must be returned in the resale-able and unused condition it arrived in, with its original boxes, for a refund or exchange (no damaged items). Return tracking number must be provided.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and delivery (outbound) shipping charges will also be deducted from the refund. There is also a minimum 15% restocking fee (of the original order amount, excluding discounts) for all returned items.

The majority of products are regular. The exceptions are custom built-to-order products such as standing wheelchairs and certain electric bikes and recumbent trikes.
The admin fee accounts for the manpower hours used to prepare your product, which tend to be large in size. If product is not in stock, you will not be charged this fee.
Order Has Shipped, Buyer's Remorse Return or Refusing A Shipment:
All refunds will be issued to the original credit card or Paypal account that was used when placing your order and may take 2-4 business days to process.
Manufacturer's Return Policy Override Ours:
Each manufacturers' return policy may vary and we ultimately adhere to their policy (they override ours). It is important to contact us for further clarification first.
