    Great quality, E-joe's highest end bike and with good reason

    The Koda is a beautiful bike, both to ride and to look at. The 13 Ah battery is a beast, and gives me endless hours riding around town. The disc brakes are great, and the bike is super lightweight to boot. I was initially concerned about purchasing such an expensive item online, but after speaking with cust support at super scooter store, I was assured that I was in good hands and the correspondence and delivery was seamless.     You really do get what you pay for. I've heard about E-Joe bikes for a while now, and they have always been well reviewed. Decided to take the plunge and get the all new Koda, and so far I have had zero regrets. This bike is a rider's dream. Super responsive, light, and pedals like a smooth oil machine.     SHIPPING

    As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers for shipment. 

    If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it should ship and ARRIVE within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment to your address, unless otherwise stated for specific products. Some larger products (ATVs, go karts etc) will take longer than 5-7 business days as they require time to inspect and ship by special freight carrier. A revised shipping time ETA is usually found in these products' descriptions, so it's important to take note of that. However, please note that we cannot guarantee shipping time and cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.

    We will send you tracking information to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at sales@upzy.com.

    DAMAGES

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If the packaging appears heavily damaged on the outside, you have the opportunity to reject the shipment. We encourage you to gather photo evidence at this point too. Once the shipment is delivered or you sign and accept the shipment, we no longer have the authority to file a claim with the shipping carrier and anything thereafter will be treated as a return. In the rare instance the item inside is damaged, kindly do not worry as we will work with you to resolve the situation. You can provide any photo evidence to aftersales@upzy.com.

    Please note we pack all our products as best as possible. Sometimes the packaging may get dented in shipping, but do not be concerned as the inside contents are usually still intact.

     

    WARRANTY 

    For any warranty/aftersales issues with your item(s), you can contact us at aftersales@upzy.com.  You may contact the manufacturer/distributor, but Upzy.com must also be informed of any issues.  Upzy.com will try our best to resolve any issues in accordance with our and the manufacturer’s/distributor's policies, however we cannot guarantee that it will always be to the customer's satisfaction.  It is the customer's responsibility to work with Upzy.com to resolve any warranty/aftersales issues.

    Some items in our store require assembly and potentially some adjustments/modifications/minor fixes to allow it to function to the customer's satisfaction, professional assembly/expertise might be required (depending on the customer’s experience and abilities).  Please note that Upzy does not pay or reimburse for any labor or service costs if the item is taken to a professional.

    In addition, if customer decides to adjust/modify/fix the item themselves using parts they purchased themselves, Upzy does not pay or reimburse for the parts or labor incurred. 

    Ultimately, customer bears sole responsibility for any charges or changes to the product using outsourced labor and non-warranty parts.

     

    RETURNS

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at aftersales@upzy.com. We can arrange a return authorization within 15 days of the receipt of your product. The product must be returned in the resale-able and unused condition it arrived in, with its original boxes, for a refund or exchange (no damaged items). Return tracking number must be provided.  

    Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and delivery (outbound) shipping charges will also be deducted from the refund. There is also a minimum 15% restocking fee (of the original order amount, excluding discounts) for all returned items.

    Product pictures and specifications may vary with the actual product from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, it should be assumed that products will require some sort of assembly, which Upzy is not responsible for.  You can check with us first before your purchase.

    CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

    Order Has Not Shipped:  $25 administration fee per item when canceled for non-built-to-order products.  This is to account for the manpower hours used to prepare your product, which tend to be large in size.  If product is not in stock, you will not be charged this fee. Please note that if the product is built-to-order, the fee is 50% of the original order amount, excluding discounts.

    Order Has Shipped, Buyer's Remorse Return or Refusing A Shipment When It Arrives:  Buyer is responsible for delivery (outbound) and return shipping charges and a minimum 15% restocking fee, unless the shipment comes visibly damaged.

    LIMITED 1 YEAR COMPONENTS WARRANTY

    Include forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, cables, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, chain, rims, spokes, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, kick stand, reflectors and hardware are warranted to be free from manufacture defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase.

    LIMITED 1 YEAR BATTERY WARRANTY

    Lithium Ion batteries are warranted to be free from manufacture defects in materials and/or workmanship for 1 year period from the date of original purchase (cycle life or deep charge up to 70% full capacity).

    LIMITED 30 DAYS FULL REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

    If a E-JOE bicycle is not working properly because of a major defect within the first 30 days of purchase, E-JOE Bike, Inc. will repair or replace any defective E-JOE Bicycle at its sole option and expense upon determining whether the damage, failure, or loss is due to a major defect.

    E-JOE Bike will have sole discretion to determine whether the damage, failure or loss is due to a major defect or otherwise.

    TERMS OF WARRANTY

    •  This warranty only applies to the original registered owner of a E-JOE Bike bicycle.
    • This warranty is replacement parts ONLY and does NOT cover the cost of labor or shipping.
    • This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow  instructions in the owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, modification, improper assembly.
    • This warranty does not include covering normal wear and tear parts (tires, tubes, brake,  etc.)
    • This warranty does not cover parts damaged by an attempted repair unless performed by an authorized dealer of E-JOE Bike with E-JOE Bike’s knowledge.

      Does my E-Joe Bike come fully assembled?

      Yes it comes 98% fully assembled.  All you have to do is attach the pedals and seat and you're good to go!

      What is the suitable height range for me to ride an E-Joe bike?

      E-Joe bikes are really one size fits all.  We have riders as small as 5" to as tall as 6"6 that have ridden the E-Joe bikes with no problems at all.  The seat is height-adjustable.  Please check each individual models' product specifications and see the distance from top of the pedal to top of the seat.  For the Epik SE for example, the maximum distance from the top of pedal to the top of the seat is 35 inches.

      What are the different light indicators for the battery?

      When idle, it's blue. When plugged in to charge the battery it will change to red. Once it's fully charged it will turn to green. When it's unplugged again it turns to blue.
