2017 XC SERIES

The NEW 2017 HPC XC Series is hand-crafted from the ground up here in the USA to be an excellent value as well as a phenomenal all around full suspension Mountain E-Bike. The XC Series is truly a no excuses high-end high performance Electric Mountain bike! These bikes feature a robust, lightweight aluminum frame with front and rear hydraulic disc brakes Rockshox front and rear AIR suspension Cane Creek headsets and quality and attention to detail second to none.  

New for 2017 is a brand new updated design frame bag that is now waterproof and fire retardant with its kevlar/nomex internal compartment!  You have the option of fitting it with the half frame bag or the full frame bag that covers the entire central triangle.  It also features lockable storage, and is waterproof with dual YKK zippers on each side.  Also new is a much higher quality 10 speed 11-34T Sunrace freewheel that provides a 30 speed drivetrain for the XC1 20 speeds with the ultra high end XC PRO.

Another exciting feature for the 2017 model year is the addition of the incredible Schlumpf High Speed Drive!  This amazing planetary geared crankset allows you to multiply your sprocket size by 2.5x!  This means you can have a medium 34T sprocket click a button and immediately have the pedal power of an 85T crank. 

This means you can actually pedal the bike and help the motor along at speeds up to 45+ MPH (4000W system).  The Schlumpf High Speed Drive is standard on the HPC XC PRO.

NEW for 2017 hub motors have an all aluminum stator, and higher grade laminations for higher power and efficiency across the board! Cogging torque has decreased dramatically allowing much easier pedaling than ever before!

XC1

The XC1 is an amazing mid-level Full Suspension E-bike.  The feature set on this bike puts it in a class of its own and it truly is a bargain.  The XC1 features front and rear Magura MT4 hydraulic disc brakes with e-brake cutoff, 5" of frame travel, tapered RockShox Recon Silver TK Solo Air suspension fork with lockout and 120mm travel, SRAM X7 30 Speed drivetrain featuring matching X7 Shifters and derailleurs front and rear, a Cane Creek 40 series sealed cartridge bearing headset and a Truvativ crank and bottom bracket. 

The XC1 is available with power systems ranging from 2000W-4000W.  Compare this electric bike to any other on the market in this price range and it will come out on top in both features and performance.

SHIPPING

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers for shipment. 

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it should ship and ARRIVE within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment to your address, unless otherwise stated for specific products. Some larger products (ATVs, go karts etc) will take longer than 5-7 business days as they require time to inspect and ship by special freight carrier. A revised shipping time ETA is usually found in these products' descriptions, so it's important to take note of that. However, please note that we cannot guarantee shipping time and cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.

We will send you tracking information to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at sales@upzy.com.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. 

We do not do overnight or expedited shipping, unless otherwise stated on specific products.

DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If the packaging appears heavily damaged on the outside, you have the opportunity to reject the shipment. We encourage you to gather photo evidence at this point too. Once the shipment is delivered or you sign and accept the shipment, we no longer have the authority to file a claim with the shipping carrier and anything thereafter will be treated as a return. In the rare instance the item inside is damaged, kindly do not worry as we will work with you to resolve the situation. You can provide any photo evidence to aftersales@upzy.com.

Please note we pack all our products as best as possible. Sometimes the packaging may get dented in shipping, but do not be concerned as the inside contents are usually still intact.

 

WARRANTY 

For any warranty/aftersales issues with your item(s), you can contact us at aftersales@upzy.com.  You may contact the manufacturer/distributor, but Upzy.com must also be informed of any issues.  Upzy.com will try our best to resolve any issues in accordance with our and the manufacturer’s/distributor's policies, however we cannot guarantee that it will always be to the customer's satisfaction.  It is the customer's responsibility to work with Upzy.com to resolve any warranty/aftersales issues.

Some items in our store require assembly and potentially some adjustments/modifications/minor fixes to allow it to function to the customer's satisfaction, professional assembly/expertise might be required (depending on the customer’s experience and abilities).  Please note that Upzy does not pay or reimburse for any labor or service costs if the item is taken to a professional.

In addition, if customer decides to adjust/modify/fix the item themselves using parts they purchased themselves, Upzy does not pay or reimburse for the parts or labor incurred. 

Ultimately, customer bears sole responsibility for any charges or changes to the product using outsourced labor and non-warranty parts.

 

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at aftersales@upzy.com. We can arrange a return authorization within 15 days of the receipt of your product. The product must be returned in the resale-able and unused condition it arrived in, with its original boxes, for a refund or exchange (no damaged items). Return tracking number must be provided.  

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and delivery (outbound) shipping charges will also be deducted from the refund. There is also a minimum 15% restocking fee (of the original order amount, excluding discounts) for all returned items.

Product pictures and specifications may vary with the actual product from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, it should be assumed that products will require some sort of assembly, which Upzy is not responsible for.  You can check with us first before your purchase.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Order Has Not Shipped:  $25 administration fee per item when canceled for non-built-to-order products.  This is to account for the manpower hours used to prepare your product, which tend to be large in size.  If product is not in stock, you will not be charged this fee. Please note that if the product is built-to-order, the fee is 50% of the original order amount, excluding discounts.

Order Has Shipped, Buyer's Remorse Return or Refusing A Shipment When It Arrives:  Buyer is responsible for delivery (outbound) and return shipping charges and a minimum 15% restocking fee, unless the shipment comes visibly damaged.

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or Paypal account that was used when placing your order and may take 3-5 business days to process.

  • The Price Match Guarantee is for the final price after shipping and sales taxes.  A lot of online stores advertise a lower price but tack on shipping charges and sales taxes in the checkout process, ultimately making their price higher than ours.  We never have hidden fees. 
  • If you purchase something from us and subsequently ask for a price match from another store, it has to be done within 5 days after purchase date.
