The PolarPro DJI Phantom 3 Filter Pack includes the necessary filters to maximize the quality of your aerial imagery.

The new light-weight, high definition glass allows you to capture razor sharp imagery, and is light enough to smoothly operate your gimbal.  Each filter weighs a mere 4.64g (CP) and 4.06g (ND's) The stock UV filter weighs 3 grams, therefore these filters only add only 1.64 and 1.06 grams to the gimbal when you remove the stock UV filter (these will only fit the Phantom 3 Professional and Advanced).  Each filter is constructed out of light-weight aluminum and threads onto the DJI Phantom 3 camera for easy installation/removal.

(NOTE: you must unscrew the stock UV filter on the Phantom 3 camera to install our filters).  If you are trying to capture high quality Phantom 3 video, this filter pack is for you.

Included:

Circular Polarizer Filter (CP):  The circular polarizer filter helps enhance aerial videos by reducing the amount of light reflecting off the ground, sky, or water.  Removing this reflecting light allows the Phantom 3 to capture beautifully saturated colors and improves contrast. 

2-Stop Neutral Density:  This 2-stop neutral density (ND) filter is the middle shade used for filming on mild days, i.e. partly cloudy or during the golden hours.  This filter helps reduce highlights as well as reduces lens flare when shooting into the sun.  This is the most commonly used of the two ND filters. 

3-Stop Neutral Density:  The 3-stop ND is the darkest shade and should be used on very bright days.  This filter helps prevent lens flare, and reduces any mild rolling shutter. This filter also slows the shutter speed enough to blur the propellers when they are in frame.

SHIPPING

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers for shipment. 

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship and ARRIVE within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment to your address, unless otherwise stated for specific products.  Some larger products (ATVs, go karts etc) will take longer than 5-7 business days as they require time to inspect and ship by special freight carrier.

We will send you tracking information to the email address you provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at sales@upzy.com.

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes.

DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive.  If the packaging appears heavily damaged on the outside, you have the opportunity to reject the shipment.  Once you sign and accept the shipment, we no longer have the authority to file a claim with the shipping carrier and anything thereafter will be treated as a return.  In the rare instance the item inside is damaged, kindly do not worry as we will work with you to resolve the situation.  You can send any photo evidence to aftersales@upzy.com.

Please note we pack all our products as best as possible.  Sometimes the packaging may get dented in shipping, but do not be concerned as the inside contents are usually still intact.

Upzy does not pay or reimburse any labor costs undertaken by the customer on his/her own accord.

 

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at sales@upzy.com.  We can arrange a return authorization within 15 days of the receipt of your product.  The product must be returned in the resale-able condition it arrived in, with its original boxes, for a refund or exchange (no damaged items).  Return tracking number must be provided.  

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  There is a 15% restocking fee (of the original order amount, excluding discounts) for all returned items.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Order Has Not Shipped:  $25 administration fee when canceled.  This is to account for the manpower hours used to prepare your product, which tend to be large in size.  If product is not in stock, you will not be charged this fee.

Order Has Shipped:  Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise stated.  

Buyer's Remorse Return or Refusing A Shipment When It Arrives:  Buyer is responsible for delivery (outbound) and return shipping charges and 15% restocking fee, unless the shipment comes visibly damaged and defective.

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or Paypal account that you used when placing your order.
