This is the Go-Ped GO ACTIVE WIRE "Rubber Only" (1058O) for Scooters such as the Sport Gas Powered Folding Scooter.

These tires are not mountable on the gen 1 gray style (Patmont) rims.  The complete tire/wheel/bearing assembly (PN: 1158M) can be used as a replacement.  

These tires or assemblies will not fit the original (pre-gen 1) 1985/86 "garage" Sport fork with the solid center black tire rims.  The solution for this would be to replace the fork assembly to accommodate the Go-Active tire.
