HPC Waterproof Electric Bicycle Frame Bags

These bags are 100% hand made in the USA and offer supreme craftsmanship and superb attention to detail. For 2015 we increased the usefulness and safety of our bags by adding a kevlar nomex liner.  Using this material results in excellent thermal protection, strength, and durability for our complete line of frame bags.  Our frame bags are designed specifically for electric bikes and are made with heavy duty 1000 Denier Waterproof Nylon and feature hard shell polycarbonate side panels to protect your batteries from impact and puncture.  Other noteworthy features include dual YKK heavy duty lockable zippers thick foam padding to cushion the battery from potential frame impact Industrial strength velcro straps along top tube and high quality cam lock straps to tightly and reliably secure the battery to your frame.  These frame bags will centralize your e-bike’s center of gravity and completely transform its handling characteristics.

HALF FRAME BAG (Medium)- Fits 15”-19” Hardtail Frames and some Full Suspension

• Will fit all of our battery systems and even can hold 2x 52V 12.5Ah Ah Systems in parallel for extreme range.

FULL FRAME BAG (Large)- Fits 18-20” Full Suspension Frames with shock at bottom rear of triangle.
