FIRE PIT FAQs

1. Why is the crushed glass a required purchase with the fire pit?  The fire pit is designed for use with the crushed glass.  Without the glass, your fire pit would look incomplete and not function properly.
2. How will my fire pit be delivered?  All fire pits are delivered via freight (delivery truck) to your provided shipping address.  We provide free lift gate services with all freight deliveries.  The delivery driver is only responsible for unloading the items from the truck, not to move them anywhere.
3. Is the fire pit vented?  This fire pit is vent-free and does not require any venting.  Check your local codes as vent free appliances are not allowed in all states.
