This is the MotoTec LEFT THUMB THROTTLE for the 700W 48V Folding Electric Trike.
If you cannot drive your trike with the right twist throttle, you can add this thumb throttle to the left handlebar and it will plug into the main wire harness. You can then have both left and right throttle control.
