The Performer JC-26X rear suspension tadpole recumbent trike comes with free shipping and no sales taxes.  

The JC-26X introduces rear suspension into the model range.  Standardized across the different speed models you’ll find a robust aircraft-grade 7005 aluminum frame, Tektro levers, and Michelin tires, plus the FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) cushion mesh seat with a headrest.

The Chrome Moly fork means extra strength but not extra weight.  Chrome Moly is a high-quality steel that will take the rigors that the roads will dish out in the thousands of miles ahead.

The 27 Speed is characterized by the 9s Sunrace cassette.  The higher end of the chainring delivers a 52/11 for sporty descents and rip roaring tearaways along the flats. The lower end gives you a 30/34 combination that would get you up K2 in the Himalayas (and the rear rack gives you plenty of oxygen bottle storage capacity).

The JC-26X has a powerful and durable braking system that provides superior stopping power.

        I thought when I bought the bike it would be already assembled. It was not. I had to take it to bike shop and pay for the assembly. I was depressed about it.

        Mostly good experience.

        The trike arrived within a few days after it was shipped. It took about two weeks altogether. I ordered the milky white color. I expected more after watching the reviews raving about the paint jobs. Mine had a run and sag in the paint albeit in an inconspicuous place. What really bothered me was the scratches down to the metal on the cross piece in plain view. Good thing they send touch up paint.Thankfully there were no dents in the aluminum frame. The scratches could have been because of UPS throwing the package around, something I sometimes think they do deliberately. But I can't be sure as I was in such a hurry to unbox the unit I didn't take notice of damaged packing materials.
        Other than the paint issues, I think the quality of the trike is quite good.
        I did order the chain adjuster for multiple riders from the USA dealer of Performance and made the mistake of ordering the extra chain, thinking it was a complete chain. For 30 extra dollars, it was a foot of chain that I didn't need, and to add insult to injury, a mismatched connecting link. So if you order the chain adjuster, don't order it with the "chain".
        I also noticed the rear tire wasn't seated quite right on the bead, so deflated it and found the tube was pinched.
        Assembly instructions are weak, but a u-tube search will give you an excellent guide.

        We pack all products securely and reliably. Sometimes the packaging may get dented in transit, but do not be concerned as the inside contents will still be intact.

        2)  Once the product is delivered and signed for, we no longer have the authority to file a claim with the shipping carrier (standard US shipping procedure). 

        3)  Anything thereafter will be treated as a return.

        ->Order less than $1000:  $25 admin fee per item when canceled.

        ->Product in the process of building:  5% admin fee of order value when canceled, excluding discounts. 
        ->Product has finished building:  50% of original order value when canceled, excluding discounts. 

        99% of our products are regular. Exceptions are custom built-to-order products such as standing wheelchairs and certain electric bikes and recumbent trikes. 

         The admin fee accounts for the manpower hours used to process your order and/or prepare your product, which tend to be large in size. If the product is not in stock, you will not be charged any fees.



        1)  All refunds will be issued to the original credit card, Paypal account, or payment method account (Google Pay, Apple Pay) that was used. 

        2)  Please allow 2-4 business days to process (standard processing time)
