What will this fit?
Almost everything! This will bolt on to any 43cc-52cc 2 stroke scooter engine that looks like our scooterx motor. The mounting holes measure 40mm from center of hol to center of hole. Known brand names it will fit are ScooterX, X-treme, Evo, moto tech, star 2, boreem, g-scooter, black widow. There are many other brands it will fit. Just look to see if your motor looks like ours and if it does, it will fit! Mounting bolt spacing is 40mm or 1.578" eye to eye.

SHIPPING

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers for shipment. 

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship and ARRIVE within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment to your address, unless otherwise stated for specific products.  We will send you tracking information to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at sales@upzy.com.

DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive.  IMPORTANT:  If the item is damaged, you can sign for it as Damaged and we can then file a claim with Fedex/UPS and have the item sent back and replaced.  However, if there is damage and you sign for it as Not Damaged, then we will need for you to send information and photos on the damage so that we can work with you to resolve the situation.  You can send photos to aftersales@upzy.com.

Upzy (formerly Super Scooter Store) does not pay or reimburse any labor costs undertaken by the customer on his/her own accord.

 

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at sales@upzy.com.  We can arrange a return authorization within 15 days of the receipt of your product.  The product must be returned in the resale-able condition it arrived in, with its original boxes, for a refund or exchange (no damaged items).  Return tracking number must be provided.  

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Order Has Not Shipped:  $25 administration fee when canceled.  This is to account for the manpower hours used to prepare your product, which tend to be large in size.  If product is not in stock, you will not be charged this fee.

Order Has Shipped:  Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise stated.  

Buyer's Remorse Return or Refusing A Shipment When It Arrives:  Buyer is responsible for delivery (outbound) and return shipping charges and 15% restocking fee, unless the shipment comes visibly damaged and defective.

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or Paypal account that you used when placing your order.

ScooterX's 30 day bumper to bumper Warranty
 

ScooterX's 30 day Warranty covers any part on the scooter, go kart, gas skateboard that is factory defective or manufacture defect.  Meaning if something is mechanically wrong with your product we will take care of it by sending out replacement parts.  If something comes broken or missing from package we will send a new part to you immediately.  The warranty covers anything that is wrong or goes wrong withing 30 days of purchase date.

 
How do we handle the warranty?
 
- If you have a technical issue such as engine wont start, brakes dont work, etc.. we suggest reading our tech support page or watching our tech support videos. If you still have issues with your product after reading the tech support page you can call 702-889-1741 ext 2. This is our tech support line open Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm Pacific Standard Time.
 
- If you have a broken or damaged part please call us at 702-889-1741 ext 2 to fill out a warranty claim.
 
Whats not covered under warranty?
- Tire tubes that get punctured from driving.  If the tube is flat the day you get your product do to manufacturer defect we will replace it.  If you get a flat because something punctured the tube while driving this will not be covered under warranty.
 
What will void my factory warranty?
- If the product was sold for under 15% of MSRP
This one is self explanatory. If the product was sold for less than 15% of the prices you see on this website we will offer you no warranty.
- Misuse and abuse
Misuse example: You did not put any 2 stroke oil in your gas and you blew up your motor.  Warranty void on motor, all other parts on scooter will still be warrantied.
Abuse example: You crashed your product and broke it.  Warranty void on broken parts
Abuse example 2:  You are jumping your item and something breaks, warranty void.
 
Return Policy
Unfortunately we do not take returns once gas has been poured into the tank. If you have an Electric model we will not accept a return once it has been used.

Do you have to assemble this ScooterX product?

Yes you do, but it is easy and comes with a full instruction manual.  You can assemble your ScooterX product in less than half an hour.

Where do you get the gas for your gas products?

It is just regular pumped gas.

What is the return policy for ScooterX?

ScooterX does not accept returns, and we adhere to their manufacturer's return policy.  However, they can send you any replacement parts for free and provide lifetime technical expertise.
