This is the Titan COMPLETE REAR MAG WHEEL (Left-Hand, Reverse Thread) No Freewheel.
This can be installed on any Italian made Surrey cycle or Chinese made copy of the Italian Surrey bicycle (Traditional – right hand thread- installs on the left/driver side).
When installed on this mag wheel, the freewheel engages when it is rotated clockwise.
