Suzuki Professional W-37 Exotic Wood Alto Melodion with Case and Mouthpieces

The Suzuki Professional W-37 Exotic Wood Alto Melodion with Case and Mouthpieces was developed based on the voice of artists, and is the model made by wooden cover having differenet personality from existing keyboard harmonica.

Even in music that requires subtle sound expression such as classical music, musette, and jazz, having the aim of a soft tone in harmony with other musical instruments, a soft tone was born  claiming the sound firmly.

Features: 

• Aiming for the soft sound that harmonized with other musical instruments: Harmonics overtone is the other tone sounded at the same time when fundamental tone is sounded, and the impression of sound is changed according to the content of harmonics included.
• A sense of unity with the instrument for more high expressiveness: Wooden part of W-37 is all handmade. The warmth of wood is soft, the carefully finished surface make it possible for finger to move smoothly and play comfortably. Beside shoulder strap can be attached enabling more flexible performance. Due to the sense of unity with instrument, focusing on just performance without feeling stress.
• Presence and harmony from the beauty of nature: Using Mahogany, beech, the color, gloss and pattern that each has naturally become the beauty of this instrument as it is. While shining it's unique presence, it harmonize beautifully with string instruments such as violin and cello. The rarity of not having the same thing as one is also an attraction of natural materials.
• Received GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2017: Won the Good Design Award 2017. It received an evaluation for the charm of the wooden finish and the high degree of completion as an musical instrument in pursuit of the tone.
