After seeing the manufacturer, Ecotric did not have the accessories I wanted in stock (a bike rack and fenders) I conducted an online search and found Upzy had the items listed for just slightly more than Ecotric, so I placed my order. When there was a delay in receiving my order, I followed up and learned Upzy was an intermediary, who simply submitted your order to the manufacture and was subsequently subjected to the same delays of waiting on Ecotric to replenish their supplies.
