- How long is the warranty:
The written warranty is 90 days. Parts only. This does not mean that they are on their own after the 90 days. We are always willing to listen to a customers concerns & will replace defective parts up to 6 months after the date of purchase. We do not cover any labor that may be accrued to fix or replace a part on the bicycle.
- Do you offer the bike in any other colors:
No we do not. There are no current plans to carry additional colors at this time.
- Do you offer a smaller model with 24” or 22” wheels:
No we do not. There are no current plans to carry additional sizes.
- Do you have replacement parts available:
Yes we do. They can be found in the users manual that is included with the bike when shipped. If a part cannot be found on that list then call or email our service dept & we will get it for you within 24 hrs.
- Can the users manual be found online:
Yes, it is available on our website as a downloadable PDF file. www.watseka-bikes.com
- Where can I find assembly instructions:
Assembly instructions are in the users manual or you can view several instructional videos on our Youtube channel. Watseka Bikes

It is a safe estimate to say 14-16 miles under normal usage.
- What is the top speed:
Depending on rider weight & terrain approximately 14-16 mph
- How long before a new battery is needed:
When used 3-5 times a week a battery pack should last approximately 2 years if not longer.
