Received my utv almost 2 weeks after ordering. Came in pretty fast. Had to download the installation manual online. Was very vague but you can easily figure it out. The battery that came with the machine was junk. Would not hold a charge. I even did a slow charge and still nothing. Sent UPZY an email regarding this. It's been 3 days. I'm curious about the outcome. Other than that, we love the machine.

The vehicle is super heavy duty and a serious off road vehicle--5 star...the assembly instructions are pretty lousy (2 star) but with enough photos it's pretty easy to figure out how the roll cage and other assemblies go together. The freight from the manufacturer was extremely slow, inefficient, and at times maddening (2 star in a pandemic) but Upzy did support me through to delivery (5 star).

After waiting 3 months I finally received the tire but also you threw the tire mounting bracket in with it and I already have one on the t350 sport I'm just wondering how much I paid for that bracket I don't need and if you can take it back and credit me or something

I just got the Sniper shipped to me, picked it up with my trailer at a local shipping terminal. A box about 8 feet long, 5 feet wide, 3 feet high. After removing some plastic wrap and cardboard, I found the machine incased in a steel framework that was bolted together. Very well packaged. Front shocks, rear brake calipers, doors, tires, roll cage, front and rear plastic bumpers, seats, steering wheel, mirrors, all had to be bolted on. No instruction manual included. Battery was shipped dry and had to have included acid instilled into the battery then charged. Anyone with basic hand tools and some automotive knowledge can finish the assembly. All the bolts and hardware are grade 8 hardened, very strong steel frame, quality fit and finish all over. This machine is no joke. Worth every penny. Has oil and antifreeze installed and is already fully adjusted to start and run with some gas. It reminds me of a Japanese quality machine, not some cheap go cart. This thing is smooth, quiet, no rattles or clunks, lots of torque, and pretty fast-over 45mph. I would HIGHLY recommend this machine for those of you that have 5 grand to spend on a toy. UPZY did a great job getting this out to me in 6 days from the time I ordered. My only gripe is that I had to make my own winch mount as nothing is offered for sale as of yet, (winch not included). i got my sniper promptly in approx. 1 week. Have it almost ready to ride but weather here is very uncooperative . 3) Ship and Deliver in 5-7 Business Days*: We process charges to your payment method and ship and deliver in 5-7 biz days (from the shipment date), unless otherwise stated for specific products. This is if the product is immediately available**.
4) Tracking Information Released: We email your tracking information.
*Some larger products (ATVs, go karts, custom scooters, wheelchairs etc) will take longer than 5-7 business days as they require time to inspect and ship by special freight carrier. A revised shipping ETA is usually found in these products' descriptions. Please note we cannot guarantee shipping time. We pack all products securely and reliably. Sometimes the packaging may get dented in transit, but do not be concerned as the inside contents will still be intact.
