The TaoTao USA Pony ATM50-A1 is easily the most popular 49cc automatic moped gas scooter on the market today.
This moped scooter features a durable 49cc engine that propels the scooter to speeds of up to 35 mph. It operates on a CVT based transmission, so it is fully automatic. Other features include headlights, turn signals, tail light and horn. The scooter has a locking mechanism for the steering column to deter thieves from stealing the scooter. The trunk is lockable and comes with two keys to keep your belongings secure. There is also under seat storage that can fit a regular sized helmet which is also lockable.
This scooter costs less than $6.00 at the pump to fill! (We recommend premium 93 octane fuel). The TaoTao ATM50-A1 scooter comes in numerous colors that will fit anyone's style. In addition, we keep full stock of any parts you may need including wear items such as Tires, brake pads, bulbs and oil. We are one of the only online dealer to keep parts on hand ready to send to our customers to keep them on the road.
All moped scooters come with some assembly required and usually take around 60-90 minutes to complete. Assembly consists of attaching the front wheel (one bolt), front fender (4 screws), handlebars (one bolt installation) and the trunk (4 bolts). We highly recommend you use a thread-locking agent on all parts such as Loctite. All materials needed to perform assembly are included with the scooters, including basic hand tools.
