WG W16

So far the W16 appears to be a sturdy, well made product. I am 6’ 2”, 190lbs and purchased the W16 as an outdoor exercise alternative to running. The stepping range of motion is about 8” but I still feel it in my quads and dropping my butt to a semi-sitting position does provide additional stress to the muscles.

It is a nice outdoor exerciser. It is also a fun zoom around the hood vehicle. I like that it is heavy and well made, not some thrown together piece of plastic junk. Somebody put some engineering thought into this machine.

The scooter is great!

It's extremely lightweight for dog sleds (mushing) and perfect for off-road riding with a suspension fork. It's super fun to ride it with my dog in the woods. Gina gave us excellent customer service. It arrived on time, ~1.5 weeks after ordering.

Beautiful bike but wrong brakes.

The bike is beautiful. My only complaint is it does not have the advertised Shimano brakes. Instead it has Clarks brand brakes. I feel like I got misled about the brakes. I'm positive I would not have bought this bike if I knew it would have Clarks brand brakes. I'll keep the bike. It's a great looking bike but in a year or two I'll probably have to upgrade the brakes to Shimano. So be aware of that before you buy.

Hi Curtis, thanks for your lovely review. In it, you said that it does not come with the 'advertised Shimano brakes.' To clarify, this is stated on our website under the Product Specifications section:

LEVER: SHIMANO 'BL-MT200' disc brake lever (subject to change with Clarks Clout model)
BRAKES: SHIMANO 'BL-MT200' hydraulic disc brake, 160 mm rotors (subject to change with Clarks Clout model)

We took these specs directly from the manufacturer's website (We The People's website). Whether the Shimano or the Clarks brakes are used depends on the production run and the availability :)

Great scooter for runner

A not so good story turns good

I ordered a charger for a 48 v scooter,I received a 54v charger with no power cord , I emailed my complaint and got and instant reply that the 54v is the correct charger for a 48 v scooter and a apology for the power cord and
I would receive it the next day and ; I DID ! Thanks Upzy !!!

Not for taller people

6' 1" para. and my legs are are all over the place unless raised up high enough, but then can't fit under a regular desk or table at such height. Footrest could be improved to fix this, imo. Might have a well known auto shop take a stab at it. Overall, not impressed. Outstanding packaging though!
